John has been involved in advising and leading on Digital Transformational change in both commercial and public sector since the PC arrived on our desks. As a futurist he has a passion to help organisation realise benefit by creatively considering digital opportunities with the focus on user first and culture alignment as key. John’s work in the Scottish Government considers how public services can be improved and peoples day to day life’s improved.

Robert Musekiwa, Digital Transformation Consultant, Birmingham City Council
Rob is an experienced transformation consultant with diverse expertise across digital, cybersecurity, and technology change delivery and consultancy. He has over 20 years of experience working on transformation projects across four continents. Rob is currently working with Birmingham City Council to create and deliver a comprehensive transformation strategy that incorporates business strategy, human-centred design, operating model design, digital and data-driven transformation, and technology-enabled change.

Chan Phung, Chief Innovation Officer, Koi-Consulting
Chan has more than 20 years of experience in data quality, data management, software design and developing innovative solutions to address complex challenges across public sector organisations, including local authorities, central Government agencies, healthcare and police. He is an innovative executive with a proven record of product management, strategic leadership, and customer engagement.

Bo Ruan, Head of Data, Alzheimer's Society
Bo is a data leader with over a decade’s worth of experience in the not-for-profit sector.  Focusing on the use of data and technologies to meet organisation’s strategic outcomes he has been a strong advocate of simplifying data outputs to engage as many people as possible in the practical use of data.
