As we face increasingly harsh economic realities the need to innovate and explore how both proven and newly emerging technologies can help the sector deliver better, faster, more efficient services intensifies.
However, procuring innovation can be cumbersome within traditional approaches and many organisations struggle to buy innovative solutions and services that 'break the mould'.
