Integrating Digital Health & Care
Time: 11:00-12:30 each morning via Teams Live
Harnessing digital data and technology to deliver integrated care
As integrated care systems develop across the country, cloud technologies, digital innovation, AI and automation and the better use of data can show their real potential. But how do we cut through the legacy systems challenge and the complexity of care delivery from home to hospital and home again and how do we ensure that staff have rapid access to the digital tools and information they need to deliver the best possible care?
This virtual conference explores how digital technologies and data can enable the integration of health and care. It will bring together public sector leaders to share examples of what can be achieved with the opportunity for discussion and Q&A sessions too.
