The use of automation in the IAG is about simplifying and streamlining the customer and colleague experience and, in the process, becoming more efficient. All while ensuring that automation supports but doesn’t take away human decision-making.The team working in the IAG are continuously innovating, industrialising, and scaling solutions to enable DWP Digital to deploy digital technology to automate routine tasks, industrialise these to increase productivity and scale them to support 20 million citizens.
