Winchester City Council has called on residents and businesses to take part in an online survey on local broadband and mobile services.
It said it is aiming to use the survey to provide input into its support for the local digital economy, taking in infrastructure and digital services.
Councillor Martin Tod, the city council’s cabinet member for economic recovery, said: “The Covid-19 pandemic has shown us that the ability to access and embrace digital technology has become even more vital.
“As part of its economic recovery plans the council is strongly committed to improving digital services and is also in the process of launching its e-commerce platform to make it easier for local residents to buy from local businesses online.”
The council is leaving the survey open until 30 June.
