The prospect of a pandemic had not been considered within its disaster recovery plan, but a previous commitment to cloud services and investment in laptops, supported by the right security and protocols, enabled it to respond quickly. It is now assessing the balance between public and private cloud for its future plans - with an eye on maintaining the infrastructure for home working.
