Natural Resources Wales (NRW) has launched an online platform to make the issuing and administration of environmental permits more efficient for its customers.
NRW deployed a single, off-the-shelf Microsoft Dynamics CRM, supported by digital services specialist SFW, to replace the three legacy systems following the merger of the Environment Agency, the Forestry Commission and Countryside Council for Wales.
The organisation issues licenses for marine activity and timber felling, among others.
