This UKAuthority briefing paper covers perspectives from the Integrating Digital Health & Care 2022 conference.

The need for closer integration of the multitude elements of healthcare and social care has become part of conventional wisdom for the public sector. There is also widespread recognition that robust digital integration plays a foundational part of this.

This status quo formed the backdrop of UKAuthority’s Integrating Digital Health & Care 2022 virtual conference which ran across three mornings from Wednesday 11th - Friday 13th May 2022.

The live virtual sessions brought together contributions from the health service, local government and the technology industry to highlight ground breaking projects and outline thinking on how to build on the momentum towards integration.

Key issues from the discussions have been summed up in this briefing paper which you can download.
