Stockport Homes has agreed on a five-year, £1.2 million contract with Civica to use its cloud based Cx Housing, Asset Management, Contractor Workforce and Abritas software.
The organisation, which manages Stockport Council’s social housing, is aiming to consolidate all of its online processes with a single view people, property and asset data on a mobile enabled system. It has a target to move 70% of transactions online by the end of 2023 and plans to use Cx to deliver a configurable online customer portal.
It will also be integrated with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
The plan is intended to support Stockport Homes in developing its commercial business and social housing portfolio.
John Chambers, group head of IT at Stockport Homes, said: “Civica’s Cx Housing platform will improve our customer journey and simplify processes for our people. The system is flexible to support our growing commercial objectives and, as we grow as an organisation, we look forward to shaping our future housing services in partnership.”
