The Greater London Authority (GLA) has published a publicly available State of London Dashboard providing data and analysis of a number of trends across the city.
It currently includes around 120 charts on topics including demography, the economy and labour market, communities, crime and safety, the environment, housing, income and poverty, transport and digital infrastructure, and young people and education.
The dashboard, currently in a beta version, has been produced alongside a State of London report by the GLA’s City Intelligence Unit, as part of a project to provide the mayor and London Assembly with data on key social and economic outcomes.
It has been built on the same software as the GLA’s Resilience Dashboard
According to a blogpost on the launch: “It soon became apparent that the report would have a wider appeal and use to stakeholders interested in these topics and that we should make it public.
“Bringing together data on such a diverse range of subject matters into a single document is hopefully useful for those needing a high level overview of London’s performance without the need to delve into several documents and data sources.”
