South Kesteven District Council is moving the management of its property, estates and assets information under one cloud platform.
It has agreed on a three-year contract with Civica to use the company’s Civica Property Management software as a single source of data on its property and land assets.
The company said this will support the council in delivering its strategy property objectives to keep the estate in good repair while being economically and environmentally sustainable.
Gyles Teasdale, South Kesteven’s property services manager, said: “We are looking forward to beginning the implementation of Civica Property Management. Consolidating all our data into one robust platform will enable us to streamline our existing processes and make strategic decisions based on accurate data.”
The software supports estate management, buildings and facilities management and their associated day-to-day cost control, along with longer term capital works project management.
