The Scottish Government has awarded IT solutions and services provider XMA with a framework contract valued at up to £100 million for the supply of web based and proprietary devices.

The Glasgow based company retains the role of sole supplier that it won with the predecessor framework in 2019.

The arrangement is set to run for three years with an option to extend for another 12 months, and will apply to all of the country’s public sector.

According to the contract award notice, it will cover web based devices, proprietary devices, thin clients, open source tablets, mobile handsets and wearable plus associated services such as storage and technical support.

XMA’s website says it also has places on Scottish Government frameworks for managed print solutions, technology peripherals and infrastructure, and digital services.
