Clare Evans, corporate services manager at Tewkesbury Borough Council, shares how using a low code platform gives them control of digital transformation and delivers savings.

The council chose low code so major development could be done without the need for complex coding. They invested in the skills and experience available from across the organisation and as a result have been able to develop services quickly and flexibly that are customer-centric.

To date, Tewkesbury has used low code for an end-to-end change of its bulky waste service - producing an 84% increase in bookings, a 158% rise in income and a reduction in waiting times for collections from seven weeks to one.
