Paradigm Housing has agreed a new five-year, £1.3 million contract with Civica to support its online services and use of mobile technology.
The housing charity is to use the company’s cloud based Cx Housing, Asset Management and Contractor Workforce systems in managing more than 15,000 homes across the South East.
Civica said its Cx platform will provide improved access to services for customers, particularly through online channels, with the Asset Management software helping to ensure properties are fit for purpose and sustainable for the future through its automated repairs workflow.
Vivienne Adams, head of portfolio and programme management at Paradigm Housing, said: “As a growing organisation, it’s vital we keep an increased focus on providing excellent services for all our customers, with safety and sustainability at the heart of everything we do.
“This new partnership with Civica is much more than an IT implementation: through this partnership we can move on as a truly forward thinking organisation with the best, secure digital services for both our customers and employees, which also offer flexibility for the future.”
Michelle Tyler, managing director, social housing at Civica, added that the platform will enable Paradigm to have one single view of customer and property data which fully integrates with external partners.
