The National Audit Office (NAO) has signed Tisski for the development of a case management solution to support its financial auditing.

It has agreed on a £7.7 million deal with the cloud solutions provider which the contract notice says will run until February 2034.

It says the solution will deliver the NAO’s financial audit methodology through dynamic workflow and task management, documents and content management, rich internal and external collaboration, and provide support for data led audits, reporting and analysis.

It will also integrate with other NAO systems, provide the flexibility to respond to changing requirements, and is expected to be valuable to other audit organisations.

The NAO provides financial audits to provide an independent opinion on more than 400 public sector organisations in England. Its investment in its IT capability have included automation tools to help its auditors focus their efforts on key risks, and in data technology to strengthen its insights.
