The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has signed tech consultancy Tisski on a two-year, £7.6 million contract to help optimise and automate key business processes.
The company will provide a service including business process analysis, concept development, production, training, live support and consultancy.
This will focus on streamlining activities using the MoD’s exiting Microsoft software, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent. This will be combined with other technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA).
It will also involve Tisski’s automation devsecops team working with the Defence Agile Software House, the MoD’s internal innovation centre.

Tisski has previously led the creation of a Centre of Enablement under a £5.3 million contract to develop solutions including a capability and acquisition management system (CAMS) and digital approvals tool (DAT). CAMS automates the approval of interdepartmental agreements that span multiple business areas of the MoD.
