The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) has signed Civica on a two-year, £1.8 million contract to provide cloud transformation services.
LLDC, which is responsible for future developments around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, has been supported by the company in its use of Office 365 and the LiveTiles workplace platform, with the latter being linked to its business applications.
Under the new contract, Civica will provide strategic advice and services to support remote working and the corporation’s agile working agenda. It will also help to reduced the LLDC’s technical debt and extra costs by taking on software and asset management, and support the further development of workflow services including an implementation of Microsoft’s OneDrive.
Jim Wood, director of IT and information services at LLDC said: “Continuing our strategic partnership with Civica will help us continue developing the best agile working environment for all our people.
“Together we’ve been able to roll out new cloud technology quickly to help the business work remotely and our people have adapted to this extremely well. We’re looking forward to the future benefits this will bring for us to drive further collaboration and innovation across the organisation.”
