Scotland’s Improvement Service has redesigned the mygovscot account for online access to public services in the country.

It has added new features with the aim of making it easier for new and existing users to set up and log into their accounts, recover passwords, edit associated information and identify the services to which they have access.

They can also use different options to increase security.

The mygovscot myaccount was launched in 2014 and there are now 2.35 million people in Scotland signed up to the platform, almost 50% of the eligible population. It has has 92 integrations with back-office systems across 40 organisations.
