HMRC signs Tecknuovo for border and trade knowledge management service

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has signed technology delivery company Tecknuovo to provide a knowledge management service for its borders and trade operation.

It has agreed on a two-year contract valued at £15.6 million with the company, which describes itself as the provider of a service between consultancy and capability development.

According to the award notice, it will include services for technical solutions and data architecture, delivery management, DevOps engineering, infrastructure and data engineering, testing and knowledge.

The activities are currently within HMRC’s borders and trade directorates, and requirements under the contract will include defining future capacity and capability.
