Presentations, videos and round-up from the event looking at transforming the business of public sector service delivery
UKAuthority's Digital Transformation events, hosted in association with Microsoft, provided an opportunity to hear from public sector and technology experts on the digital transformation trail through presentations, live demonstrations and trailblazing technology showcases in Cardiff and Glasgow.
With government facing tough times, 162 delegates attended the events to explore how commodity technology can help to reinvent service delivery, unlock savings and help authorities collaborate across the public sector. Partnered by Tisski, Microsoft Consultancy Services, Pythagoras and AvePoint, the events explored the importance of getting the most out of technology in order to deliver 'more for less' to citizens.

Speakers from Aberdeenshire, Enfield and Wokingham Borough councils provided delegates with peer to peer insight on how to progress their own digital transformation journeys, with the Welsh Government, Department for Education, The NHS, Natural Resources Wales and Scottish Water providing a central government perspective on the direction of transformational change. The address data custodian, GeoPlace, outlined the benefits of using NLPG data to support joined up service delivery in each country.
