Event hub: UKA Return of the Bots

Share

Event hub: Presentations and videos from our event looking at how artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, robotic process automation and bots can be used to help transform the business of public sector service delivery.

Aritificial Intelligence could take public sector transformation further than anyone thought possible.

Digital leaders shared progress and ambitions in harnessing the new technology - exploring how it can best be used by the public sector for the public good.

UKAuthority's event, supported by Microsoft, Nice Ltd, NDL and Vanad Enovation, looked at how AI is helping to inform decision making, interact with citizens and drive efficiencies. It also examined the challenges in implementing these tools and discussed what may be coming next in the AI revolution.

Delegates heard from speakers from organisations including the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport, the Cabinet Office, Big Innovation Centre, TechUK and Newcastle City Council.
