Public and third sector procurement organisation ESPO has put together a new framework for digital systems to support domiciliary care in social services.
It has agreed deals with a number of companies to provide solutions under three lots with a total value that could amount to £24 million the framework’s lifetime.
The award notice indicates that the deal can be used by local authorities and over commissioners and service providers for supporting people in their homes.
The first lot covers electronic homecare monitoring solutions and involves four companies: HAS Technology, Civica, Secure Meters and Ulysees Data Management Systems.
Second is scheduling solutions with the deals going to Allocate Software, HAS Technology, Civica and Ulysees Data.
The final lot, which covers solutions integrating the two functions, takes in all of the companies with the exception of Allocate Software. This is the one with the highest estimated value at £10 million, compared with £7 million for each of the others.
