City of Edinburgh Council has announced it is planning to use Access Mosaic software to support its social care and justice services.

It has selected the cloud based case management solution under its digital transformation partnership with business consultancy CGI.

The software will be implemented over the next two years.

Cllr Cammy Day, leader of City of Edinburgh Council, said: This software will help us transform administration for our social care and customer support teams and make systems easier to navigate with improved data.

“These improvements will allow social work teams to focus on delivering the best quality care to our citizens. We’re looking forward to seeing services and secure record keeping become more streamlined as a result.”

Mosaic supplier The Access Group said Edinburgh has become the 10th council in Scotland to choose the solution.
