This policy theme touches on so many areas of the public sector, from the links between social and health care, the impact of public health strategies on outcomes for whole communities, through the interactions and handoffs of responsibilities between Tier 1 & Tier 2 authorities in some parts of the country and not forgetting the implications of education in improving not just career opportunities but long term physical and mental wellbeing.
