It comprises five lots, the first being for business application solutions in areas including revenues and benefits, payment processing and cash receipts and civil enforcement, and with 37 suppliers.

Second is education, community health and social care solutions with 32 suppliers, and covering specialities such as learning applications and platforms, academic scheduling and management, education management systems, community and social care solutions and enterprise health.

Lot three, with 29 suppliers, is for housing, environmental and planning solutions, with applications such as local land charges, regulatory services, licensing, geographic information systems and waste management.

Lot four with nine suppliers is for citizen services such as libraries, museums, sport and recreations, registrars and burials and crematoria.

The fifth is for blue light services and covers applications such as fraud detection, digital asset management, case and custody processes, surveillance and reconnaissance and data analytics.
