Figures suggest as much as £480 billion in Government revenue is reliant on systems that are out of date, says David Burrows public sector industry leader at UiPath.
Speaking at UKAuthority’s Powering and Digital Public Services, he discussed the challenge of legacy technology and how automation can bridge the gap between different pieces of legacy software, giving them a new lease of life.

Burrows was among digital leaders who took part in the three-day online event. He was also joined by Dave More, service owner of the digital robotic automation centre of excellence at the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs. He showcased their work - a unique and innovative low risk delivery methodology and how that applies to a mix of modern and legacy estate.
