Nutanix report reveals latest cloud trends

Nearly all organisations have moved one or more applications to a new IT environment over the past 12 months – with sustainability emerging as a key factor, according to a recent survey.

Andrew Puddephatt, director for UK public sector at Nutanix, shares findings of research commissioned by the company and reveals that 91% of respondents have recently replatformed and that 64% expect to be operating in a multi-cloud environment within one to three years.

Puddephatt was among the digital leaders who took part in the three-day online UKAuthority event - Powering Digital Public Services. He was also joined by Murat Dilek, network and infrastructure, cybersecurity operation team leader at Falkirk Council who described the council's journey to a hybrid cloud model – discussing where does the corporate network start and stop these days.
